Tinting life simplified.

If you want to add apps, definitely do it.

 

Invoice Home: Super easy to use! It gives you professional templates. The default is perfect. That's what I've been using since day one. 

You can also do it on your phone, really makes on the go life which is this business, a lot easier. I don't use it on the computer much.

 

 

Business Suite: This is where you manage your messages coming from Facebook Ads. It will manage Facebook and Instagram. You can also post from it and schedule posts.

 

 

 

Facebooks Ads: You can manage all ads from your phone on this app but I recommend creating new ads from the desktop. I use this app to turn on and off ads and adjust the budget.

 

 

 

Google Calendar: Manage your addresses here. Will give you alerts for estimates and jobs. Another cool feature when you start doing more jobs, you can type in the zip code to show the customer how many jobs around them you've done. They love this.

When you click the customers address, it will take you straight to maps on your phone, easy.

 

 

 

Notes: Your phone should have this app. Use this for writing down dimensions at the customers job. Take their email down, put it IN THIS APP. You want an organized system so you can locate all customer information easily. You can write it down on paper but let me explain further why this is better.

If you need to look up a customers email to see what their job dimensions were, you just search it in your phone instead of going through physical paper. That will take forever. 

 

 

 

Google Voice: You will need a new business number so you don't use your personal number. This is free and you can select your area code

 

 

Getting Videos

 

If you're running this entire thing yourself, you need to be able to switch gears. You can't just look at things from an installer prospective. You must pay attention to where you're working and the angles to make it look as professional/enhance it as possible. 

Get used to taking videos before and after the job. This is the content your customers want to see. Talk about what the product is and what it does in a fun way. Window Tinting is straight forward but there's endless creative directions you can go with it. There's videos on Instagram of people squeegeeing a window with millions of views because it's satisfying. I can be difficult to do it all, I get that, but if you want to make well into the 6 figures per year, you have to do it all.
